Edit: someone needs to explain to me who the OP is unless im getting confused. I took at as it being a 3rd classmate who was there when the original mess happend at school but is neither the informant or victim?

I did read it. OP was a classmate. He is not the victim or Informant?

Im confused.

I took it as someone who was a classmate and was originally there during their time at school.

i was around when it came out the first time but for some reason i got it in my head it was mainly 1 victim , who was the one who signed the agreement etc.

Did this person also accept taeyongs apology etc?

I think Nct fans and some kpop fans will know the full story because they follow the idols but knetz/ public wont. 

The mess the informant is creating is quiet menacing and quiet ironically the classmates /victims/whatever  might have to step in and defend Taeyong.
