I think Sakura has huge potential bc, Imo, she's just so very popular. I'm not sure what she'll do though. Acting? Modeling? Same for Wonyoung. 

I can see Minjoo doing well as an actress, and Yujin as well. 

Chaeyeon has total solo potential if only she has good music, same for Yuri. 

I think Eunbi, Chaewon, Yena, Hitomi and Nako could do very well in their own groups. I'm not sure about Hyewon.

Sakura will definitely do well after. Wonyoung & Yujin will prob do fine when they debut in their group. Minjoo might become like Sejeong/Chaeyeon focus on acting. Chaeyeon should be fine if WM keeps releasing music the public likes.  The rest will prob do average, but I'd be worried for Yuri & Hyewon and what they'll do after.

out of everyone, hyewon probably has the most dubious post-izone career.  part of the speculated plan was for her to debut in a gg with go yujin, but yujin left idol life altogether and started a youtube channel. i can maybe see hyewon doing the same or relying more on CFs/modeling

i’m assuming that chaewon will join rocket punch for sure, maybe eunbi as well?  yena would be in everglow, a group already doing quite well internationally (maybe having yena join would give them a wider korean audience).  WM groups have been receiving a lot of positive press, maybe chaeyeon could capitalize on that as a soloist or leader of a new gg, but i guess that depends on her agency.  if starship debuts a gg with a good concept they might gain a decent fanbase.

minju is a ? for me since last i heard her company’s financial situation is kinda rocky.  same with yuri just bc i can’t see her going solo. and sakura will do the best out of j line.  idk about nako and hitomi, even though nako is my bias and hitomi is one of my faves

Honestly, if Chaewon, Eunbi and Yena join RP and Everglow respectively, I don't see much future tbh and I'm afraid they would end up like every other post-PD group. Same for Wonyoung, Yujin, Yuri and Chaeyeon if they debut in another group from their respective agencies. IMO, the best way to go would be if Woollim, Yuehua and Starship formed a group together. 

Eunbi, Chaeyeon and Yuri have solo potential. Hyewon and Minju would do well as actresses/models/etc. Nako and Sakura will probably go back to Japan and keep doing well. And I can see Hitomi joining a Korean agency. 

Edit: My thoughts have changed, I think Starship's ngg with Wonyoung and Yujin has potential.

Wonyoung and Yujin: imo they're gonna do the best. Wonyoung is the most popular member in Korea and Starship new gg is gonna be anticipated for sure.

Sakura: no idea if she'll return to her idol life in Japan or will stay as a kpop idol. I think she has the potential to be really successful either way since she already has a big fanbase.

Yena: will do pretty well if she's added to Everglow, just like Yeonjung is doing well with WJSN. Above average.

Chaewon and Eunbi: I think Chaewon will be added to Rocket Punch because she suits the concept, and she'll probably bring more popularity/awareness to the group, so she'll be okay. And Eunbi imo is more suitable as a solo for her age and style. I think she could pull a Chungha if she plays her cards right tbh. Above average too.

Minju: I voted average, but more thinking on her as an idol. As an actress/MC she can do above average because her popularity is rising.

Hyewon: no idea if her company even plans to debut a group and I don't think she had that many individual fans so...kinda below average I guess?

Hitomi/Nako: same as Sakura, idk if they'll return to Japan or try to stay as idols in Korea but they don't have the same star power and fandom as Sakura so below average or average at best imo.

Yuri: I voted above average because she's a great vocalist and has good stage presence so even if she doesn't debut in a group she can do pretty well as a solo.

Chaeyeon: above average or average. I know WM is planning to debut a gg soon and they all seem really talented so I think her group could do pretty well.

Have you seen IZ*ONE's ep on Knowing Bros? She's surprisingly good at it. Maybe she's just not so comfortable as an idol. (Or perhaps she could just stick to modeling).

My CRAZY predictions along with my prediction on their success:

1. Yujin and Wonyoung will debut in a new girl group along with Sakura and 4 other unknown trainees. Their concept will be similar to STAYC's. Their success will be B-Class.

2. Jo Yuri will debut in a new girl group along with Eunyoung, Sian, and 3 other unknown trainees. Their concept will be sexy, vocal power, like AOA. Their success will be C-Class.

3. Yena will join EVERGLOW and the group will BLOW UP to fame. After Yena's addition, EVERGLOW's fame will reach A-Class.

4. Nako will graduate from HKT48 after one final song with the group. She will then move on to live a normal life with small appearances on variety shows. The industry has taken a toll on her, and she wishes to live a more common lifestyle.

5. Eunbi will become a solo artist and have a concept similar to Hyolyn's 9Lives. Due to her age and outdated music style, she will struggle to find success. Her success will be C-Class.

6. Hyewon and Minju will become models and fashion icons with acting gigs here and there. They will debut as solo artists with ballads. However, their music will have small budgets and minimal promotions due to the fact that singing will probably not be a priority for them. Both girls' success will be C to B-Class.

7. Hitomi will return to AKB48 and live on to change the ways of the '48 universe. She will enhance the team's dynamics in singing and dancing, and carry their legacy to becoming a stronger performance group.

8. Chaewon will also become a solo artist alongside her labelmate Eunbi, but will have concepts similar to IU. Chaewon will find success quickly and become the most popular member from IZONE to find success after the group's disbandment. She will become the 4th gen it-girl for quite some time. Chaewon will become an A-Class idol.

9. Chaeyeon will debut as a solo artist with concepts similar to Chungha. She will unfortuneately be unable to find fame due to her concept not standing out, and the shallow reality that Chaeyeon does not visually meet Korean beauty standards. She will succeed as a C-Class idol.

DISCRETION: How I classify a group's success into a letter-grade is from going from S-Class to F-Class. S-Class is made up of groups who have or can achieve world domination; A-Class are groups who are extremely popular but not enough to achieve world domination; B-Class are groups who are quite popular in certain demographics around the world and can do well as a stand-alone group, but non-kpop fans don't quite know who they are; C-Class groups are groups that do pretty well in Korea (or in other countries), but they have yet to earn any big shot names for themselves and only certain kpop fans know them; D-Class groups are groups who are on the verge of disbanding due to budget cuts in production due to their failure to garner any attention, they are also groups who fail to make any big names for themselves; F-Class groups are groups who fail to even make the smallest appearances on any music charts, and they are probably well disbanded by now. Examples of each class below:

S-Class: BTS, BLACKPINK
A-Class: TWICE, NCT, MAMAMOO, SEVENTEEN
B-Class: GFriend, Stray Kids, GOT7, LOONA, OhMyGirl, MONSTA X, The Boyz

Id love if chaewon & eunbi debuted as solo or duo cuz there my biases in the group. Ik most ppl think eunbi will but chaewon will be added to a group. I just haven't listened to the group she would be added to so yea. But id prolly become fan if it happened cuz shes my ult so id supportv whatever. Id be more receptive if there's new group but without joint company grp or going to another company that feels least likely so i just hope on solo/duo

Successwise i have no idea.  But i think yena joining eg could boost them in korea & wony n yujin future group could end up doing good imo. I can see chaeyeon ending up as a chungha dancing queen solo artist serve since shes def solo material (tho id say this of half izone) i can see her in future wm group too that could do well

Hyewon and minju can have good modeling careers etc. Maybe some acting too. And well unsure ab them in groups or solo cuz they're ?? Companies.

Yuri can be power vocal as solo or group. She would do well in either too imo. I have no guess tho hhh. And jline i assume just go back to 48 groups. Im gonna have to figure out how to follow those groups bc im gonna miss them

[Sakura IS FEARLESS]

Sakura have a dedicated fandom that stuck with her through her rough times of being underpromoted. She literally carried the group since the first minute PD48 was announced. 

She is the face and the icon of IZONE. 

Without a doubt she would do well after IZONE disbandment, they were always the one that needed her in the first place.

Wonyoung and Yujin definitely have potential to do really well individually, but their success as part of a girl group depends on how Starship manages them. 

Chaeyeon could do well as either a soloist or in a group that's decently managed. 

Chaewon is probably going to be added to Rocket Punch, and Yena is almost certainly going to be added to Everglow. Both of them will probably do above average. I don't see Eunbi being added to Rocket Punch. 

Minju would be better off going into acting, putting her in a girl group might cause a Chaeyeon/Dia situation. OSTs would be a more reliable route for Yuri imo, but if she was put in a group I think she would do average. Not sure about the rest.

I think chaeyeon and eunbi might do well because they are so talented. Chaeyeon sis is one of the most talented idols of this gen so I want to see her make something out of her career. 

Wonyoung, Chaewon, yena, minjoo and yujin could do well in ggs, depending on how their company debut them. If wonyoung continues to work hard as she grows,  she could be IT girl. 

Hyewon has no talent at the moment so idk what she would do other than debuting in a group. Like sohee of season 1, I don't see her gaining the spotlight as an idol, unless she improves.

Some people here are making REALLY BOLD prediction on Chaeyeon success, she doesnt have a dedicated fandom, this era proves that her popularity and fanbase is extremely inconsistent.
