How comes that kpop fans dont know that big portion of kpop fans dont even have voting rights (cause they are minors) and that during elections you have only one vote so you cannot spam it until your fave won.  also doubt that even in US there are enough kpop fans to even make difference. Most of the Twitter thingies are loud cause people from all around the world join and cause everyone and their mothers can have multiple accounts. And also because its free.
