Most will be concerned with the trainees, but caring about the staff is also important. There are companies producing for Mnet/CJ that have received criticism for overworking their staff, paying low salaries, long delay in paying the staff, and staff injuries. 

Also like any Mnet survival shows and reality shows, still beware that the results are most likely have already been decided for some contestants (if not all) and the "reality" is not really "reality" but how the PDs decide the flow of stories should be. There will most likely be evil editing and angel editing, so be careful not to be too immersed that you believe too much what the show is showing.
