I agree most of the group was terrified of singing live in this video, but come on? Jeongyeon, Jihyo and Sana looked completely comfortable singing.  It wasn't just Jeongyeon, Jihyo and Sana sounded perfectly well (Sana especially has improved A LOT, enough for it to be very noticeable) and looked completely comfortable. Mina too. She sang her part just fine, she just has a very quiet soft voice, always has even when speaking. Sana did better here.

I agree that a lot of the members did poorly. This was a bad performance, period. But why is everyone acting like the vocal line isn't constantly able to performing live? Jeongyeon, Jihyo and usually Nayeon are completely comfortable singing live, it has been shown many many times, even in an encore video from yesterday. Smh. You can accept it was a bad performance without completely ignoring the members who managed to do well. Jihyo did all her parts smoothly too. Nayeon skipped her part in the intro this time but she does it live in most encores and she clearly can sing and does it live often (I don't mean MR removed but in actual live settings). 

Constructive criticism should be realistic. I agree, Tzuyu. Chaeyoung, Momo, Dahyun were NOT comfortable singing and should get lessons. Mina is hit or miss, she lacks a lot of confidence. Sana has improved a ton. Most of Twice could strongly benefit from vocal lessons but can we PLEASE stop acting like not a single Twice member can sing? Y'all know that's not true, period. Jihyo has sang on Masked Singer. She's no Wendy but she's perfectly good. So are Nayeon and Jeongyeon.

Half of these pages is because satoori attributed Momo's singing voice to Japanese cultural thing which is just wrong. For me it's a bit concerning because I think that is a thing that weeaboos often do. I too wouldn't want non-Korean to generalize Koreans based on some of the idols or Korean entertainment products they consumed too. (If you have the means and chance, do try visiting these countries or other countries you are interested in, it's a good eye-opener).

Uh the person you have been arguing with was melancholic autumn, NOT me. I NEVER even responded to any of your comments. Stop confusing me for that user. If you look through my post history you can see that literally the only other comments I made in this thread other than the one to you were this one and this one. Next before you attack someone and falsely accusing someone of being "so stuck on this" when they only replied to you ONCE, TRY NOT TO GET TWO DIFFERENT USERS MIXED UP. Melancholic autumn is the user you have beef with. Or are you not even paying attention to usernames? I was reading through all the responses you've made to the other user and had to comment on that one because it was so full of BS.

This is why they should only let the members that can actually sing to have more parts and fans stop complaining about line distribution. I like Twice since debut and I know they aren't as good as other groups when it comes to singing even after years of their career as idols.

Jeongyeon is only member that can sing but usually gets less lines. This is not saying that the other can't sing, but Jeongyeon is obviously the 2nd best singer (along with Nayeon) after Jihyo but always below most of the members.

But it's not like Momo has a lot of lines, she barely gets above 5 seconds.

I think her reaction kinda made it more awkward, like she was shocked the MR did not come on. Its just an encore she could of literally just played around with it and danced and now one would of cared.

This was indeed very bad, unfortunately. 
she is mainly focusing on the dancing, but she is considered a singer so...she will face these kind of situation eventually. 
i do think this has also to do with the fact that they dont so often sing live, even in their own concerts, and therefore most of them are not so confident with their vocal ability. 

i can see on her face that she also “ knows”  that she need improvement. People need to be less harsh, these idols are doing more then their best.

There's a huge difference between hate and warranted criticism. Most of what I've read on this thread is warranted criticism. 

And so what if none of us here are singers? We don't get paid to professionally sing and dance on stage. Twice is making a good amount of money doing that! Anyone putting their art and work out there needs to be prepared for warranted and constructive criticism. They're singers, they weren't able to do it well... hence people criticise them. 

You can criticise a movie without being a filmmaker. You can criticise food without being a chef. You can criticise a president without being a president.
