i dont think all the badge pics have to change.

If no one wants to be OP i would just the pics be the same.

maybe everyone is happy with the current pics.

A few stray kids fans left on OH showed interest in changing them but OPing is much more work, someone volunteered but they've been busy with real life so now there's no one for OP

For the BTS OTPs several asked for them to be done too, I wanted to do them on the same thread as the main badges at first but it'll overlap with the BTS wildcards and I think it would make everyone lost and awards team asked me to find at least a co-op for it since I have several OPs

i hope you find someone, but if you cant i think is best to just leave untill next badge changing season. people can survive havin the same pic for however long the next badge season is.

Yeah haha we can survive but I would love to see Stray Kids get an upgrade as we did their first badges without much content

First thing is you need to set up a schedule, with the time left, I can see a schedule with 3 days period for each thing to do like

June 4-6: Suggestions
June 7-9: Preliminary voting
June 10-12: Final voting
June 13-15: Edits/wildcards suggestions
June 16-18: Edits/wildcard voting
June 19: Submission for approval

DEADLINE: JUNE 21

Or you can add one day for the suggestions as they have quite a lot of members

June 4-7: Suggestions
June 8-10: Preliminary voting
June 11-13: Final voting
June 14-16: Edits/wildcards suggestions
June 17-19: Edits/wildcard voting
June 20: Submission for approval

DEADLINE: JUNE 21

 

During the suggestions period, you don't have anything to do, just at the end of the suggestions you collect the suggestions to make the prelim voting

For the prelim voting, you make a poll with all the voting options, and set it up to end following your schedule, once the poll ended, you take the first 2 to 4 badges to make the final voting. If it's more than 4 votes can get quite split for the final so it's not easy to pick

Then once the final voting is done you post the winners on the thread and people can suggest better edits of the winning badges, or wildcards

Then we do a very last voting with the winning badges against the other edits suggested, and winning badge vs wildcards if there are

Once that last voting ended you can suggest the winning badges to the awards team for approval, they'll say if the winning badges are accepted or not, and once they gave their approval, you need to send the winners in pm to @Awards Season. That's pretty much filling forms to get them approved and changed and I can totally help with that

I can help with all that like if you need help setting up the votings and all let me know, I'll be active i nthe thread anyway

If you want you can check this thread, it's the last one I made so we're still in the suggesting period so you can see how I'm doing

 

also you can check this one as we're currently doing a voting so you can see how it's done too (and since there's not much posts on this one, you can scroll the thread to see how I did the different phases)

Koya I'm so sorry for not being of much help, just haven't OPed an award thread in so long, so find this super daunting! perhaps advertise this in the BTS thread/ I hope some ARMYs can host, if you're unable to find anyone I will host, just need to know if there's enough interest/suggestions!

I asked several times and I think most are feeling like you to OP so nobody is volunteering :c

If nobody can I'll do it in the main badges thread and see how I can arrange the schedule so it's not too short and crowded once the suggestions for wildcards and edits is over!

that's a shame, honestly feel like most ARMY don't use OH anymore. a stark difference from the previous awards season! I really hope someone volunteers because you already have so much on. If no one volunteers, please do let me know if there is anyway I can help, whether its organising albums of suggestions etc.
