2AM's Jo Kwon is showing off his ulzzang visuals.

On the 27th, singer Jo Kwon posted three photos on Instagram with the caption, "Oh, practice ᄒᄒ뿌뿌."

In the photos shared, Jo Kwon perfectly pulls off wearing a pink T-shirt and nail art creating a pure atmosphere. He showed off his blemish-free skin and pretty visuals and NU'EST Ren left a comment writing, "L - Lᄅ ᅮ Lᄋ ᄋ ᄋᄋ," showing off their amazing friendship

  1. [+3,773, -407] Just come out and live your life proudly. There's no reason denying it anymore, its not cool.
  2. [+3,214, -445] He's trans not gay...there's a difference. He identifies and lives as a woman.
  3. [+2,489, -306] He's gradually transitioning to a woman..hul~what's wrong with him??
  4. [+246, -16] It's so obvious. The only reason why he's not coming out to the public is because the other side won't let him. This is his way of indirectly expressing it.
  5. [+236, -17 Just admit it. He looks so much like Kim Kisoo.
  6. [+236, -2] Why does it matter if he looks feminine. I like Jo Kwon because of he's always so playful and active
  7. [+209, -24] Isn't it time to coolly admit it at this point??!
  8. [+140, -20] He's become more feminine since he came out of the army. He probably got a pedicure set too.

god these comments are pissing me off

1) it’s not your place to tell someone when to come out.  there might be a multitude of reasons someone is not comfortable enough/safe enough/emotionally able to announce their sexuality.  you are not the determining factor of “well, can tell he’s ___, so he should just be honest!”

2) being feminine or having feminine traits does not equate to “living your life as a woman” bc feminine men exist.  masculine women exist.  it’s not one or the other.  also, see above point for coming out and apply it to trans people too.

I wonder if these people are actually ignorant enough to think that nail art and wanting to look pretty = womanhood. Anyways no matter what his sexuality or gender is it's quite rude to make comments like that

What the fuck lol, they think wearing nail polish means he is transitioning to become a woman?  Perhaps he just likes it, it is a ridiculous concept to think wearing pink and putting on nail polish means he is a transexual person. Let him do what he wants, he seems happy the way he is

If he's gay and hasn't come out yet then it's clear that he's not comfortable to so people should lay off him. Trying to force people to come out is just wrong.

Besides, since when does painting your nails make you a woman anyway? Who says men can't paint their nails too. I actually find it kinda funny that men wearing makeup is seen as normal in Kpop, but if they paint their nails suddenly they're called too feminine. Like how is it even any different?

What he said recently about "weird misunderstandings" kind of left a bad taste in my mouth but people need to leave him the hell alone

TBH maybe he was talking about this? People keep misgendering and attacking him. These comments are a mess. It's nobody's place, these netz frustrate me.

why do some heteros and fellow gays think being feminine equates to liking men. I don't stan Jokwon, so if anyone would love to fill me in, does he seem crazy about men? Or acts like he's attracted to them. Or are people assuming he's gay because of his feminine and non-stereotypical traits.

And if he is, why does it matter so much?

edit: atleast reply after skulling me lmao.

Those comments are so wtf...Just because he's feminine it doesn't mean he identifies as a woman. Being feminine or masculine doesn't have anything to do with your sexual orientation or gender identity.

yes, yes and yes. I don't understand why people are so hung up on such old cookie cutter methods to determine or say they know one's sexuality in 2020

Yeah I agree these comments are disgusting, but the vibe was more like "wtf why would you call me gay that's weird gross no thank you" which is confusing because  he brought it up himself even when he's previously expressed support for the community. But I do get there could be multiple reasons that he might say something like that so I won't judge.

Either way, he really doesn't deserve any of this.

the ignorance in those comments....ugh. this is exactly why people in korea don't want to come out. just let him live his life. him wearing nail polish isn't harming you in any way.

Jo Kwon has been dealing with people calling him gay since his debut, and more than once he said he's not. When 2AM was on their peak, he said he liked girls and asked his member to confirm the information.

From what I've seen, Jo Kwon is guy who debuted in the flower-boys era and he likes to dress like women as a performer, on-stage. I follow his IG and I've not seen dressing like a girl, even when he attends events, he uses guy's clothes.

I don't think Jo Kwon would be afraid to come out if he was gay, only if there's a private reason that we don't know.

I love Jo Kwon as an artist, people should focus more on his talent than in his private life.
