Netizens Accuse Show Luo Of Sexually Harassing His Guests While Filming Entertainment 100%

Show has scurried back to Taiwan after his scandal in Mainland China and is still recording for Taiwanese variety show Entertainment 100%.

Show Luo has become one of the most despised people on the Internet since he was exposed by his girlfriend for cheating on her. He had originally planned to hold a press conference to explain himself and to apologise for his philandering ways, but he decided to shelve it for reasons he has not disclosed.

As a result of this scandal, Show reportedly lost numerous endorsement deals, and has been dropped from variety shows he was slated to be on. As a result, the programmes that he's still hosting like long-running variety show Entertainment 100%, has come under increased scrutiny by netizens.

One such episode, which aired on May 11, has led netizens to accuse the 40-year-old pop star of sexual harassment. In one segment, two of the guests were blindfolded while playing tag. During the game, Show, who was trying to run away from the guests, grabbed model Summer Lee’s hands to shield himself. This caused Summer and another female guest, singer Cai Zi, to fall onto the floor.

What's going on here?

Even after this happened, Show grabbed Summer to use her as a human shield and in the kerfuffle, male singer Nine Chen, who was one of the blindfolded guests, ended up touching Summer’s thigh. Her chest also came into contact with the singer.

After that round of tag was over, Summer complained to Show that his manhandling was “very painful”. Cai Zi also asked him point-blank: “Did you pull my underwear?”

During the next round, it was Show’s turn to get blindfolded and he relentlessly ran after Nine. When he eventually caught Nine, he pushed his fingers into the singer’s butt crack and the scene had to be censored with a flower sticker pasted over Show’s hand.

That doesn't seem very sanitary

Netizens were displeased with Show, to say the least. One such netizen commented: “Doesn’t this count as sexual harassment? Pulling someone’s underwear and shoving your fingers into someone’s behind isn’t stuff you do at work.” Many agreed, with some pointing out that Nine was the biggest victim. Another added, “How could the producers think that this was okay to be aired? Even without his scandal, this is so distasteful. He has no class.”

The video with the controversial footage has since been removed from the show’s YouTube page.
