Information used for contact tracing has been leaked numerous times since this pandemic in Korea. People who had affairs were outed, people who used sex services were outed and most infamous, so were all the cult members.

This leak of information has caused people being harassed, some lost their jobs etc....
Korea is very detailed in their contact tracing and while it is supposed to ensure anonymity, this isn’t guaranteed. Christian groups are outright threatening to leak this information and it only takes one person with access to do so.

The Korean gay community doesn’t believe that their information is secure and are understandably scared that it will used for beyond contact tracing.

Korean Christian groups have been getting a lot of backlash during this pandemic so I ain’t surprised that some want to deflect the attention onto the gay community.

I used to go to gay clubs for men even though I'm a straight female.  Some of the best club experiences.  I went with my gay male friends and straight female friends.

No, that video is old and LE doesn't really hide that she goes and haves fun. It's somebody else, although I can't find the video anymore. You can't really tell if it's them from the video I've seen, so I just assumed it was a hoax. But now that there's an article about it, I'm wondering. Either way, it doesn't matter. What matters is that you shouldn't go to a club in the middle of the pandemic (even if the measurements are lax in your country), and you definitely shouldn't out people.

Huh, its interesting, the gay club me and my friends have gone to have been LGBT, mean and women. it wasent just for men and everyone in there had been nothing but nice and welcoming.

Me and my friends arent the type who try to hook up/flirt on a night out.

 

there was an article about one of Australia biggest LGBT clubs beginning to attract a large number of straight men cause alot of straight women went there.

And it was causing alot of discomfort because alot of those guys were trying to hit on all women, straight and lesbian, causing them to complain.
