Surviving like being famous out of the group or not having any scandals? Because I wonder what Donghae and Ryeowook have ever done to deserve any hate. Hyukjae has never done anything bad besides the IU thing that was 8 years ago... What have those three done?? I get Siwon, Yesung and Sungmin but the rest??? (altough Sungmin situation is super unfair of course)

Shindong has been apologizing for a careless comment(s) he's made in the past for years and people still bring that up, but ever since he lost so much weight, knetizens have been kinder to him which just proves their own lookism so isn't that pot calling the kettle black? At least he's remorseful.

They still talk about sardines under articles about IU so it's safe to say they hadn't let that go

The public doesn't really recognize Donghae. The group and Donghae have admitted that. They (the public) will never let go of Eunhyuk and IU. Ryeowook isn't as recognizable to the public. To the public only know Leeteuk, Heechul, Shindong and Kyuhyun due to their many appearances on variety. They only know Kangin due to his scandals.
