Jinsol has spoken about these "slowing down" gifs way, way before this comeback, a year or two ago. There were fancam gifs of her that wouldn't have looked sexual if they weren't slowed down, and she was still a minor then.
If I remember correctly, it was some time after 'Oh My Mistake', when DSP issued a warning against malicious comments/harassment.

I still can't get it, though. Koreans don't mind bare-chested men and butt-hugging shorts on TV, but go ballistic when they see women with cleavages.
