Not sure about what will happen this time though, majority of girl groups are underperforming compared to the past, even top ones do worse for their previous standards. Could be an expectation if the song is amazing like Apink's though. Actually there's been an improvement since november/december of last year for some groups. Mamamoo and RV did miles better with Hip/Psycho than with any of their other 2019 releases, and Izone/ITZY/A Pink's latest releases are doing much better than their previous comebacks too. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Before the music charts reform in 2017, some mid-tier girl groups like Lovelyz and Oh My Girl were debuting pretty high especially in 2016. Lovelyz debut at #6 with Destiny and OMG at #9 so I don’t think it has to do with the fact that the song was originally owned by two famous artists in 2000 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
