It's basically the online version of the game Mafia where each night the mafia kills the civilians and the innos have to find out who's the mafia. Though in epicmafia there's more roles like Oracle, Cop, Detective, Spy, Investigator and all that shiz. There's decks out there so you can roleplay as your favorite character or person. Grape Soda 12,004 Posted June 30, 2014 Share Posted June 30, 2014 its a forum game. good vs neutral vs evil. there are usually 25 players, 5 evil(usually), 2 neutral, and the rest are good. the goods have to kill all the evils in order to win the game but the goods have no idea whos good and whos evil, there will be a serial killer who is out to kill both good and evil and just survive til whomever side wins. the evils however do know whos good. in mafia games you have abilities like role blocker, seers(one to seer what ability a person has, and another who can see whom is good, neutral or evil), ultimates (usually cant be killed unless a certain amount or certain players die), poisoners, healers, protectors. there are usually day, maybe a bonus phase based on the game theme(where you can win things like skip a day or night, poison or heath, and night phase. during the day you can lynch ppl that u think are evil and whomever gets the most votes is killed and their role of good, neutral or evil is revealed. during the night phase is when you will PM the game manager and tell them whom you want to use your ability on and its also when the evils kill someone off. pretty easy to understand the game is only hard if you are evil because as players are getting killed off ppl become more suspicious of everyone and you have to convince ppl that you arent so its best to find the goods with the seer, ultimate and role blocking ability quickly so they just have guesses and cant prove that you are wrong Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I like it better on this forum, people can get super creative with their roles and themes, and they have bonus rounds and items and stuff that regular mafia games don't have.
