I'm assuming that by reverse rhythm they're talking about a retrograde, or an exact retrograde (when rhythms and pitches are reversed). This is usually used in electronic music.

 

Honestly, I'm iffy on how well SM will execute this as I've only seen YG, and other hip hop companies do this, and it's usually been kinda crappy
