So I read a post about a doctor from USA who witnessed a death of his patient and their last words were along these lines "who's gonna pay for it?" And what are the comments?

- "i'M fRoM gErManY/sWeDeN/dEnMarK/sLoVakIa.... (*insert any EU country*) aNd We HaVe FrEE hEaLtH cArE "

- "US is 3rd world country"

- "They spend more money on military than health care"

This is seriously so pathetic to rub it like that in their faces during those times. How fucking low is that? They feel superior just because they were born in EU and had free health care from the moment they were born. But that doesn't make them better. SHOW SOME FUCKING RESPECT or don't say anything. This was not the only post where comments like these appear all the time. It's so sickening to read and I'm embarrassed to be EU citizen. Imagine being a family member who has to read stuff like that.

If you ever wrote anything like that, please know that you're TRASH.

If you frequent reddit/facebook/twitter/youtube you should by now know that 1000's of accounts only exist to sow division and make people angry...

I wholeheartedly agree that using threads about individual sickness for political attacks is trashy (and should be condemned!)

But as a dane I do have to tell americans that their anti-social attitudes are hurting their own society - and of course I feel like I am a better person than those who unironically say "I got mine - fuck the rest!"
- unfortunately, sociopathic traits are not only accepted, but openly applauded by a disturbingly large fraction of US citizens.

Not the right time and place to bring that topic up, I agree. But the US is STILL thriving off of their anti-social ways and it's time to change that. Trump only made it even worse with his constant nonsense. The fact ppl have to think thrice about going to a doctor is sickening in itself. Or talk to their bank first to take out a fkn a LOAN to continue living (worst cases). Life shouldn't be like that.

Euros love acting high and mighty on Americans. It's really gross. They do this on every thread about some health related tragedy in that country.

It's similar to an American making a joke about something innocuous and the response being "school shootings"... Who told them they can use actual tragedies as social ammunition for a petty twitter fight?
