when California shut down one of my first thoughts was about the smog. what will a month without 35+ million people bustling
about do for the air quality. New York as well . now that NYC is down will nature take it back a`la I AM LEGEND ? 🤔
over in Venice, Italy it was reported the city's canals have cleared.

i really hope environmentalists are observing from their balconies and back yards.
i desperately want to see a study on it. mother nature is finally getting a bit of a break in some places.

I know that environment will get better lol like pollution will go low etc. We may able to see our precious milky way.. 😭

I know Covid19 is horrible, but there is also some good stuff we can learn from it regarding our environment.

I kinda taking this lockdown as a drill for the already on going climate change crisis. I wanna think during this time, we gonna reflect about our economic system and how consumerism are causing these problems and maybe reform it for something that takes into account what we take and its impact.

Nah we probably eat ourselves to death.

That's the only positive thing about this disaster.

Seeing NASA pics of China without all the pollution, seeing Venice's water clear and WITH FISHES living freely in it, flamingo also seem to enjoy it... makes me glad.

This current occurrence has reduced traffic, pollution, made people stay with family, made people see what really matters during a crisis and made people more conscious about hygiene. This is a soft reset to humanity.

I think what’s encouraging is how fast it happened. Granted, it was pretty extreme but still shows people how some changes can help the planet as well.

hopefully more people can learn to balance their lifestyles with the environment while retaining work.

Well, considering the disease most likely came from eating an animal, this is quite literally the case.
