this guy really scared me can someone tell me why he did this? am i overreacting

 i'm glad you're okay, that sounds really scary.  not sure what the human trafficking situation is like where you are (i imagine it's pretty bad everywhere though) but that's always my first thought when it comes to creeps following people while they're alone...i can't really think of any innocent intentions when it comes to that behavior, frankly.
