Italy :O

At least Italy took action. They just need to test everyone and get the asymptomatic cases as well. These tend to be the careless ones who keep spreading it. However, after a week or two it should stabilize. The final tally will be pretty scary, but in hindsight not as big and not reach even 1% of total population as long the government redirect their resources to this crisis. Help is coming as well. Hopefully in a month or two, Italy will be the one helping others.

Spain and France could look worse if they still fuck around their response. Panic comes from inaction rather than action. In epidemic, it's better to act swiftly that it will look like an overreaction than act slow and look like they aren't doing enough. Remember SK at the beginning of their crisis. They looked like incompetent buffoons. Imagine if all countries acted like Singapore or Taiwan, we all would be joking about coronavirus.

As epidemic is a number game, quarantine is a waiting game.

The real worry is coronavirus is reaching poor countries and they have no means to stop it. No resources, no personnel, no organization. It seems it is happening already and it's just a matter of time. And some of these countries, the other two horsemen always are close by as well.

Stay healthy guys!

Our Health Minister said that the illness "is self-healing" so we "don't have to worry" while having negative-turned-positive patients. :derp:

Honestly I'm more worried for the economy collapse, not to mention that it's Ramadan soon.

If you wanna be proactive, you should prepare for an economic meltdown. Lot of economists were predicting it as countries were just trying everything to stop it in the background. The trade wars were just a prelude. Probably lot of the slow responses to this pandemic have to do with these feeble attempts at slowing down economic downfall. Coronavirus will just turn these cracks visible.

I believe that's what my government is doing, trying to stabilise our shaky economy, but many netizen against it as they want more visible action.
