sooo ... what the hell is the point of diet soda and soda ZERO

they're literally the same fcking thing asdftgh
they both have zero calories, are horrible for you, and taste like ass.
why do people drink diet soda anyway? it tastes awful and is worse for the body than normal soda.

and after googling both for the image above, this popped up;

People spend all this time worrying and arguing about whether or not artificial sweeteners are bad for you.

The research is inconclusive.

You wanna know what research *is* conclusive?

That refined sugar is absolutely fucking terrible for you. That is to say, regular soda is absolutely fucking terrible for you.
