Do you think f(x) will finally have a change after 3 years of the same thing?

im tired of them tbh. they're image and style of having a thrift store dumped on them is played.

 

i want to them be revamped so badly with something that's new and fresh. these concepts actually give me hope of change compared to last year. im hoping these dark and gritty concept photos actually plays a part in what they're going for.

 

 

even if SM does this all the time where concept photos don't even match the the actual comeback, and they just like taking extravagant pictures, atleast change the mvs and styling.

 

im praying to god they switch it up, or else im just going to be done with them.

I think it's better to not expect too much and keep an open mind so we're pleasantly surprised and not terribly dissapointed

 

Their music is fine though

It gets better with each release

I hope they can mature their image though and bring something new but that's down to SM

 

We'll see what they've got for us this time...

i dont have a problem their music as much i do their image, but it just like they did super junior. same sound, same image.

 

i get "if it ain't broke, don't try and fix it", but that doesn't mean don't branch out, if you can take a risk and release something as horrible as Wolf, but not worry because you know you have the support of fans, or experiment with IGAB with cramming 50 songs in one, why not change it up with f(x)?

We're all hoping that SM actually carries the teaser concept through to the MV and the rest of the comeback, but we've learned to not get our hopes up too high.

 

I'm still excited af, though, because I'm sure I will love the album, and in the end, that's what I look forward to the most.

Legitimately new and fresh would be great - changing to something a dozen other girl groups already cycled through is probably not much of an improvement, imo.

like i said, it doesnt hurt to branch, look at EXO's Wolf, it was horrible song in general yet still succeeded, 

 

SNSD IGAB, experimented by literally having many different sounds in 1 song.

 

and SHINee Everybody, that was by far their hardest dance (imho)

 

even tho 2 out 3 examples i mentioned mainly about songs, the point im trying to make is they took chance on something different for these groups, why can't f(x) get the same treatment?

yea thats mainly it, i don't have a problem with their songs, they're good regardless (could be a bit more vocally challenging, but not really hung up on that), only time i didnt like one of their songs was RPPP.

 

i just really want something new to look at. im just tired of looking at the same stuff...

Well, i'm sastify what they bring since debut.. Dance in box? I don't mind too cause as i know, Sm called them as a Asia dance girl group where the dance is more suit in the box..

they have awesome concept pictures but the title tracks are always a bit of a let down. their non-title tracks are often so much better. judging by the clip on krystal & jess's reality show, looks like the MV is filmed in a studio with a green backdrop, so i expect something similar to previous releases (ie. in a box)

but the chance of f(x) coming back with some new out of the box and fresh material is slim to none because SM can give two shits about f(x) lbr.

 

But last year we got the art film isn't that different?

Personally I too would like something other than boxes, but I don't have much hope for it. If the video is in a box will it be a deal breaker for me? Of course not I'm more concerned with the music and if this is anything like Pink Tape (not in style, but in quality) then I will enjoy it. I'm actually more worried about how SM will promote them, because I want them to get the recognition they truly deserve, but I'll bet that they'll get a unique music video over a better promotion period.
