I mean at worst she seems to not apologize for spreading fake news on the post being about the coronavirus. But I could be missing something from the situation that's not told via these screenshots. But would she posted it if there's no those words? I won't say it's racist per se, but it does spread racist spirit. At least the source, as people use this pandemic as a proper reason to look down/dislike asian/east asians everywhere. I'd probably drop her if I liked her.
