a lot of people hate exercising when they know for a fact that exercising/workout can improve their health and looks all together! along with diets obviously.

i actually tried both and i personally think diet and exercising go hand in hand and its a lot more hard if you do both, unfortunately my gens are trash so i can't really get the shape i am looking for without getting "external stuff" but i got tons of stamina and endurance and a lot of people tell me that i look younger than my age! but yeah i used to do some exercises in extreme conditions which kinda helped my stamina a lot

i HATE sweating so i'm naturally turned off from excercising

the only way you can get me to do a workout is through a gym class since they're timed and not repetitive. I had a friend who lost a ton weight through some kinda of mini meal diet and she didnt need to excercise.

I don't hate it. It just takes a lot of motivation to get to it started, unfortunately.

i heard it somewhere before that the hardest part of exercising is getting started! and then the second hardest part is being constant with it! but i kinda find a way in which i just exercise when i want and i don't follow a Magical number for example i don't force myself to exercise for 1 hour a day five times a week i can mix & match & cheat and just have freedom with it cause sticking to a Magical number tends to ruin the fun and makes it a routine thing or chores lol and that kills motivation very quickly

i can relate to that cause i have a chronic skin condition that doesn't allow me to get too hot otherwise i breakout in extreme itching/hives! so i just exercise at mid night under cool temperature and i stop whenever my body temperature rises take a break wait for it to go down and then i continue when my body cools down

i tried something like this before

usually you have to take some supplements tho. the different combinations of the supplements is what's actually helping speed up the process

(many online nutritionist offer different plans)

yes

thats why i cant lose weight 😞

for losing weight diets play a big role especially if you hate exercising BUT only the right type of diets since there's so many type of diets out there and its hard to know which works best for you

I try to diet but it leads to yoyoing for me... I think for me I have no choice but to learn how to incorporate exercise into a healthy diet but laziness is too powerful sadly

I used to hate it when I first started but kept on going..it took me one day to get my ass up and  sign up in a gym

it's a been a whole year now, I've been exercising regularly, I wasn't dieting but I adjusted my self to eat less junk, crappy food and unnecessary carbs

it was a long process to feel comfortable in my own shape, I learnt to enjoy it..it really releases my stress after a long working day.
