What is Anal Pendant Expansion?

So, I was filling out this form/update & they ask me if am experiencing Anal Pendant Expansion. I looked on the internet but there was no clear definition (only one of them had a little definition but it was about sexual stuffs, which I hardly doubt that's what it means)

The form am filling out is actually a period tracker. I have irregular periods so recently (back in November) I downloaded a peroid tracker so I can keep track of my symptoms. Sometimes I experience different symptoms on my periods l, so I just wanna keep track of them. When I 1st saw this question back in November, I didn't pay it any mind since I wasn't experiencing anything with my anal but recently I have been experiencing this pain in anal when am on my period. I was wondering if this pain is actually Anal Pendant Expansion.
