I don't think you have to limit yourself.

But if I had to 5 from your pick from your list, I'd pick them in this order

3.rv - Top notch discography. Even when they release a so-so title track, you can always count on their albums to be full of great songs. The diversity in music is great too. Great content to watch from a variety/tv perspective. Ru Shi Ba anyone?

9.loona - Lots of content to watch and the girls are hilarious. IMO the best b-sides after RV.

1. twice - Lots of content to watch. Good title tracks, not a massive fan of the majority of their b-sides though.

5.gidle - Group on the rise and has decent music.

14.rocket punch - Well rounded group that seems more experienced than they are. Relatively fair distributions and potentially could add Chaewon and Eunbi from izone later.

2.bp - I'd have them up there above Twice tbh, but they get so few come backs. WTF is YG doing?

10.everglow - Rising group, hope they add Yena later. Distribution is pretty poor.

4.itzy - Musically not my taste but might be the group that takes Twice's crown in Korea.

7.izone - Also would be up in my top 3, but going to disband soon.

12.fromis9 - Hilarious content plus you can watch idol school. Great songs.

8.omg - Good songs, but average variety/show content.

6.cherry bullet - Already lost 3 members. WTF? All the new releases this year, and they come back with a single. Not even a b-side. WTF?

15.apink - years of content to watch. A bit past their prime though.

The rest below are all kind of meh

Sometimes they'll come out with a banger, but you don't seem to hear that much about them otherwise. April, will they ever come back?

11.weki meki -

13.hanapia

16.clc -

19.dia -

20.april

17.dreamnote

18.buster

to be honest your meh part is the 5 group that i can reduce from 20 to 15....but from 15 to 5...its freaking hard for me...the reason i want to have 5 group bias only is so i can spend my time to watch their content only and not the whole kpop industry.
