When male idols work out they mainly skip leg day (changmin and taecyeon for example) while idols like Wonho (who already had an ass to begin with) and Baekho don't. Also they worked out and had a diet to bulk up. It has a lot to do with which purpose you work out for. Now of course if your ass-less to begin with it's more difficult.
