I didn't like Italy this year, there were better songs in San Remo than Occidentali's Karma. I wanna see Tiziano Ferro or Alessandra Amorosso or even Annalisa represent Italy next year. Honestly I wonder if he had won if he had just sang the song without those expressions because his movements and people saying he had a heart disease definitely lifted up his votes... I don't know why broadcasters were allowed to announce lies live on TV... someone should be suing. the song is not my favorite but commentators on TV saying he had a heart disease and all when he doesn't is really fucked up way to spread lies... I mean it has been so long since a big 5 member won (2010), maybe performing in the semi-finals can help them. Italy y'all just drop out the big 5 you have better chances if you do. I mean back in 2015> the highest points were like 300 almost 400 now its 700... I never understood what they changed on the voting it is really confusing... Yes,music won and no one ever said Eurovision is about dance/catchy songs. People felt attached to the song and voted for him. There weren't sympathy votes,I can't imagine the average person who'll watch ESC that night,will have to search about Salvador's health issues. It wasn't one of my top favourites but I'm glad something different & old,classic music won. Get over your bitterness and don't hate. You don't even know him and I've seen so much speculation about him and his moves. Lmao. As for the rest of results,UK WAS ROBBED! Lucie did great I don't like Bulgaria's song lmao,Moldova is over-rated IMO. Blanche was amazing Poor Italy though... Australia didn't deserve a top 10! I'm happy for Hungary. I thought Belarus would do worse but I'm happy with their place Poland,even though I didn't like the song at first,she slayyyyed and she is underrated! Denmark too. I was sure about Greece's place,it was a typical pop song,nothing new,nothing exciting,nothing that will make you go wow.Not even a top 15 material. How Croatia got 13th,is a mystery I guess all the ex Yugoslavian countries had Croatia only in the final. As for the semi final results,Estonia was placed 6th in televoting and 17th in juries San Marino got 1 point lmao poor Valentina,I'm sure she'll back to give it a 5th try though Why didn't you vote for Iceland & Latvia I am going to repeat this the Dutch commentators said he had heart problems so heck maybe other commentators even said so. He couldn't rehearse and he did a lot of interviews where he was asked about his condition (prior to Eurovision) here in Portugal and he said that he does indeed have it but he's just gonna deal with it. What do you guys feel about the votes being revealed? I thought Hungary was decent but the juries did not like it as much. Lost in Verona captured the televoters but not the juries, I didn't like the song as much until towards the end. Also Bulgaria's votes were extremely high for their semi, it had me shook how big the gap was omg at San Marino having 0 Jury point and 1 televote... At times it feels like juries are the voices of reason, at times it feels like it's the opposite. I think San Marino should stop sending the same person over and over again. Valentina, if that's her name, not sure, was treating the contest like her playground and really downgraded the whole performance. Shame for her partner. it is as if she is the only person in the country who wants to enter. Conchita wasn't well accepted too and she was great imo and Jamala was amazing, too. The jury and public decided the winner, maybe you should vote more for your faves, idk .Lol I voted for Italy 3 times in 2015 clearly my vote didn't go through as Sweden was chosen as a winner because the Juries dragged Il Volo down even if voted 100 times more it wouldn't have matter since they were 5th/6th by the juries. I am not voting anymore since then.I think the public has the right to choose the winners since we pay for that shit unlike those juries being chosen. They can rank the others all they want but the juries should stay away from the televote winner as they actually spend their $$$ to win. Plus the cost to vote increases... This year its 10cents more expensive. So telling me to vote more aint gonna work. The only reason why I did not like Jamala is because the song was political...way too political "the strangers are coming.. They come to your house and kill you all and say we are not guilty" k.
