Even though they didn't win but apparently Italy has the highest televote since 2009. The highest! Well well there you. Italy didn't win simply because it wasn't sung in English and it wasn't "modern". Must everyone now sing euro pop to win? Back in the days everyone sung in their own language and now because they are trying to make it "universal" they want everyone to sing in English. Here are the full Televoting rank: As you can see some positions did change besides Sweden and italy, Estonia being 5th on televotes while Australia was in the grand finals. Germany also received points and nothing changes for Austria lol Also Azerbaijan ended up lower than Armenia in the televotes, in the finals it was the opposite. I don't care about the song, all I care about is that we need to be last this year ... they kicked my absolute favourite german singer who was originally supposed to compete and yeah since then I'm absolutely made at the broadcaster.
