When I'm sad I just wallow in it and listen to sad music tbh

But sometimes, I listen to acoustic songs to cheer myself up. Pop feels too forced if I'm in a bad mood, but acoustic is like a happy medium.

I remember taking solace in listening to R&B, instead of pop, for a period of time. I resonated, especially with this genre, because it felt sincere (which in itself is debatable).
