btw this is also like the main/big prize at the SAGs as well..its p much their equivalent to Best Picture

ngl, I love parasite, it is one of my fav films of 2019 (its #2, my #1 is portrait of a lady on fire hhh) but i knew itd be nominated tho i was initially skeptical it can win best picture or other it may win like best director(i can see it now). tho a lot of people think it will win bc the irishman was the frontrunner but its underperformed in big awards recently, so the assumption has shifted to ouatih, parasite, or 1917 will win. and i think any is a good choice--tho my personal choice would b parasite or little women

Exactly! I feel like in the Oscars they will considerate "enough" to give them the Best International Movie award but I think they have chances with best director and maybe some other technical awards.

For best movie maybe 1917? They won the PGA (Producers Guild Award) yesterday.

hoping either for parasite or 1917 if those are the top predictions and odds right now. And if ouatih takes it... I can't even get mad lol I'm used to it already.

Congratulations ! It's well-deserved because all the actors gave great performances. I especially liked Song Kang-ho, Cho Yeo-jeong and Park So-dam's ones.

This was such a well-acted movie - such a well deserved award! I really hope it gets Best Director or Best Film at the Oscars.
