Iljin Oppa 1,343 Posted January 16, 2020 Share Posted January 16, 2020 Like you see all of these idols flirting with their fans, saying they love them, sending them hearts and kisses, writing songs about them, etc. They date in secret and hide their relationships as to not hurt their fans. The fans are dumb enough to fall for this and actually think that they love them/care about them, be it en masse or as an individual and the idols lead them along. Can you imagine dating someone who is obsessed with you? It's not cute. It's not healthy. They wouldn't see you as a person, just their idol. It's probably fun for a minute when your partner worships the ground you walk on but it's a recipe for disaster. it's probably a good reason for idols to date other celebrities. I wish them all of the best luck in their personal lives and just hope that they all date happily with wonderful people.
