Joo Jin Mo is a has-been actor and hasn't had a hit for years, that is why he has so much time to fool around.

He started as the lead actor in Empress Ki, but he was so crap that they cut his role, and made the Chinese King role the lead. Korean are so patriotic, for them to axe the Korean King's role, and make the lead role a Chinese King, he must have been really bad.

Exactly most people don't understand how extortion works and this is it. There's no point or profit going after someone that won't pay you ever. But once you start paying you are their favorite customer because you give a constant revenue stream. These people are in it for business $$$$ not some righteous bullshit
