Apparently the chat was only between JJM and JDG, other actors were only mentioned/name dropped. Not sure how accurate it is

so hoping this is actually true (the part about how he was only mentioned in plans about golf meetings) and that Hyun Bin wasn't one of the people involved in adultery, unless "plans about golf meetings" is some kind of euphemism among them.

This looks bad more on jang donggeun than Joo jinmoo. The text are from 2014 before JJM was married,  meanwhile at that time JDG was married and his wife was pregnant. Still trash messages overall. 

So far hyunbin and other actors arent involved, they're just mentioned in the texts between the 2 actors. 

But it wont affect either of them, the majority of articles are already deleted.

look at ranp's post, apparently on twitter they're saying that Hyun Bin's name was only mentioned in chats related to golf meetings and how he wasn't actually part of the katalk conversations about adultery.

Dude isn't doing this out of the kindness of his heart. Man is a blackmailer. He didn't get his money so he dropped the texts. The positive nature of this is purely a byproduct and not the actual intent.

If anything this is to get paid. Scare others into paying and would not be shocked if they go BACK to celebs who already paid and threaten for more.

Is not ok to hack phones and later ask for 1 billion won just to not reveal a superficial conversation two celebrities had about women. Blackmail is blackmail. I'm glad Joo Jin Mo didn't play into hacker game and report the blackmail to police.

Because we care more about gosssippppp than justice duh. (Even though the acts those celebrities weren't necessarily right). I thought the hacker and this topic are different matter, at first.

You literally put the difference in your post.

 

The whistleblower was acting in the interest of the public for a serious crime.

The hacker is doing it to prove the legitimacy of his crime and is only in service to entertainment scandals.

From comments on the recent articles, apparently the police are getting involved because he spread illegally obtained photos and videos of the women in that chat.
