It's sad I don't have any Real Friends

It's been 6 years since I moved to the US and I haven't had any real, close friends. Back then in Vietnam I had so many good friends that I can hang out with. In here people care more about themselves and they only call you when they need help. As soon as semester ends I'll no longer see them. They even deleted my number. My life is better here for sure, but when it comes to Friends, it sucks ass. I don't even know if I will ever find my SO.

I recommend going to this website https://www.meetup.com/ it really helped me a lot with finding friends in my area. It's a website where people make groups and have different events for different interests. There might be a few groups with similar tastes as you in your area. There are resources for making friends. If you're uncomfortable with that then I would suggest enrolling in an interesting class like pottery or cooking, people in those classes tend to be nicer.

It is a coincidence I was looking for things to do in Las Vegas (as my family is having a trip next week) and someone mentioned meetup.com. I wrote it down on my notes and a few minutes later I read your comment. Definitely give this site a try for sure. Thank you so much...
