It's sad I don't have any Real Friends

The older I get, the more I've learnt that having friends doesn't have much to do with someone being socially competent or kind. It's more about luck and good timing that often lead to more opportunities to gain even more connections. There always seems to be those few who normally are extremely outgoing, but for whatever reason aren't fast enough to get into groups when they were formed and end up being kind of an outsider.

I've been there and it hurts like hell and gets way more stressful in long run than one could imagine.. But all I can say is that it wasn't my fault and neither is yours. Both of us have our proof that we do have those friends who really enjoy being around us.

But luckily there are THOUSANDS who are experiencing something similar and seek for new people with these apps that already got mentioned there. It took me some time to prove myself that using those or just making friends on the internet is nothing to be ashamed of. Hell, actively finding new people to meet should be something to be proud of bcs it takes a lot of courage!!
