I pick option three, which is: Thrifting. 

Buying used clothes, whether from trendy areas like Plato's Closet or Avalon Exchange or other fashionable vintage boutiques, or from your local good will, is better both for your wallet and for the environment. And if you look well, you find a lot of good stuff too. Reuse!! And often you can trade your own clothes for store credit too, it's amazing. I hardly buy "new", factory made clothes anymore bc I just thrift and it is the BEST thing.
