Good

I hope some people stop jumping to conclusions in the future just bc a fanbase says something (without knowing how law works)

Just because we are not hearing something doesnt mean they are not doing anything

word. ppl need to stop pretending fanbases know everything and start realising that hey, maybe bighit really cares about their artists lol

I have heard that Big Hit does not accept the evidence collected by Jungkook's fanbase, while they accepts the evidence collected by Jin's Fanbase. I don't know if it's true.

jk fanbase sent complaints  straight to police and bh declined

jin fb asked bh and allegedly they allowed, then bh legal team contacted  them to hold a charge fora while and then silence

Was the JK thing involving the tattoo artist? Cause both sides got SUPER messy during that and fans overstepped like crazy.

no.  just antis

Interesting. Do you happen to have an specifics on what they were reporting and BH was declining.

I feel like some of his stans overreact and report things that don't necessarily warrant a reporting. So when fans find things that are actually crossing a line they aren't taken as serious by BH.

they reported  directly to police not bh/ bh declined  not only jk fb complaints.  BigHit do not support third party complaints brought by fans   because it would require artists to be summoned as defendants

sometimes all stans overreacting, but there are a lot of hate/false gossips towards him on twitter / dcinside lately

I dont want to write what exactly because its disgusting.

That's true of any and all celebrity unfortunately. Report and move on is probably the best way to handle it. Gossip and hate on it's own isn't something that warrants reporting to the police, unless they're accusations of him breaking the law or threats are being made. Honestly, it only becomes an actual issue when it's a publication posting these things and not random users online.

The fact that so many vocal, loud fans freaked out about the tattoo shop posting photos of his tattoos (that he posed for) basically showed they have little to no understanding what actually warrants reporting. Especially when so many of them are now posting grainy, blurry up-sleeve photos of the same tattoo.

We gotta admit that BTS has a problem with fans who think they're managers and should be in charge of making decision for the boys. Hence this need to report to police, BH, etc. or attacking anyone who says negative things about them. It's only a small percentage of fans but they're loud and active enough that it's become an issue. Especially since they probably flood BH with tons of things that don't warrant investigations or lawsuits and then the stuff that would gets lost in the mix.

Edit: This in regards to fans who are claiming that BH isn't doing anything because they don't see the results. I know a lot of the people upset about the tattoo parlor thing are upset that BH didn't make a statement, sue, etc. because that's what they felt should be done. Hence the original post about BH not doing anything or taking information from JK fans. That is where it's probably rooted.
