;I think the agency and  twice isn't taking this seriously. Why? Because he hasn't been kicked out of our country yet.  Hes a foreigner they aren't hard to miss, his face is online right? His name is online too, so the police only need to issue an arrest warrant and they would find him fairly quickly as he had to sign in wherever hes staying with his passport  so they  would nab him, he would stay in prison for at least a month if not longer until convicted then transferred to German prison and  since the crime is a serious offense  he would be banned from ever returning to Korea for a minimum of 10years if not indefinitely. The fact he hasn't been hunted down and arrested in 1 day tells me this white boy isn't being taken seriously

I know you mean well, but saying Twice and JYP do not take it seriously is victim blaming.

I am friend with someone who has a stalker before. Trust me, there is no way the victim would not take it seriously. She is scared of every single phone call, every single time she needs to walk to some place in public. And the sad thing is, even reporting to the police will take a long time and not necessarily lead to things being resolved.

- First, you will need evidence. And no, online message does not automatically translate to concrete evidence. Thus, most of the threats this guys make online are not valid in the eyes of the police, especially the reddit one since it is an anonymous forum.

- Second, even with evidence, at most the police can have is a restraining order. I mean, at most. The authority won't be able to do anything else unless the stalking escalate to violence.'

- All that, for a normal case of stalking that does not even involve foreigners. The whole situation would even be more complicated with this guy.
