The videos he uploaded a few hours ago and his tweets show that he needs help. 

He's complete out of his mind and delusional. 

I hope his family see any of the mess and drags his ass back to Germany to get him the help he needs.

Stalking in Korea is only a minor offence, you don't get jail time for it, if JYP wants it or not. 

Even for treathing to harm Nayeon they can't get him yet, since the guy denies all accusations and the police would need to check all the IP addresses from the accounts he made. 

And this is a lengthy process. Since he didn't physical harm Nayeon, the police will only give him a verbal warning. 

 

He wouldn't also get jail time in Germany. 

Law is really frustrating.
