The bastard was just impeached on the first article. Fucking Tulsi Gabbard voted present. Anyway, the second article of impeachment is even more undeniable than the first. Let's see what happens.

This has been expected for a long time. However, impeachment does not mean removal from office. Any of you has any idea on what will happen? Trump is not like Clinton or Johnson, who accepted the impeachment voting and resigned as a result. Nothing is typical about this presidency.

The House was never a question. Now the vote goes on to the Senate who will try their best to bury this because a lot of them can get dragged down in the aftermath if he really does get removed from office.

Nothing will end up happening.  The senate is strongly controlled by republicans, and the vote will most likely go down party lines.  He won't be removed and things will be business as usual.

Sadly it won't go through the senate. Also, it won't tarnish Trump's reputation like Clinton's.

Well at least it's less of a garbage fire than Star Wars!

Neither Clinton nor Johnson resigned; Nixon resigned before the impeachment articles passed the House.

republicans are fucking spineless and they hold majority in senate, so they wont remove him from office. its so fucking stupid. this is why i cant stand politics. people are just so fking extra about it. and its all about what side u are on. not ur ideas or values. that is all generalized down to 1 of 2 sides. but it does just piss me off tho he did wrong and republicans stand behind him cuz he is republican. whole load of BS. anyway. he wont be removed from office bc u need 2/3 of senate to vote to do that, and not even half will do it cuz slightly over half is republican. but at least its true he is impeached. that will hold over him regardless, showing that he did wrong and was caught.

The Senate won't get rid of him but that's not the goal, it's to tarnish his reputation and legacy. And now that we have word Nancy Pelosi won't send the articles of impeachment to Senate (a power move because the Republicans in Senate want that done FAST so they can quickly acquit him), Trump could be running for re-election as an impeached president.

Clinton didn't resign from office. He served his entire term.

The Senate won't impeach him. They'll acquit him. He won't be kicked out of the office so easily. Which is dumb because the majority are Republicans in the Senate.

I wished he'll be impeached forreal but the chances of that happening is close to zero. The Senate is going to get him off the hook.
