Oh god, I've been  like this for  at least 6 hours now

So I visited an ophthalmologist? , they always put those eye drops in my eyes before the examination which literally  turn me blind . I had to ask  some strangers to find me the number of my sister to come and bring me back  home in her car 🤣

and when I entered  the  pharmacy, I gave them all the papers  I have (cz I had ton) and told them to  find the right paper of the medications needed

I m writing  this thread with    500% zoom

well it's getting better now  but it still sucks . I can't read, I can't study, I cant watch, I can't even navigate this forum

Last time i went they gave me eye drops after the exam iirc. But they also gave me shades to wear like made of paper (cuz the eye drops) for rest of the day in case im under heavy light like outside. Which i was momentarily n wouldn't be so bad cuz it was prob a few hrs past noon so i wouldn't need them long,  esp if i went home.. but after i had to go to work in heavily lit warehouse.. if i didn't wear the shades my eye kinda stung but i prob looked like a fool wearing these glasses my whole shift.. to others for seemingly no reason. It was weird tho ig cuz i been to this eye doctor place sev times n they never did before

some places (at least where i live) offer to do a laser scan instead of using eye drops. at least that is what one of my friends did. that sucks though, i hope your eyesight gets normal asap lol maybe you should take a nap so your eyes can rest :)

thank you

eyesight is not a problem.  My main problem is that my flop ass developed what is called computer vision syndrome . I'm in the middle of writing my MA dissertation and whenever I look at my computer, I feel dizzy  so imagine my panic T-T

Well, I just have to add an expensive filter on my glasses which would reflect the blue light and things will hopefully get better

So what are these eyedrops for?

to widen the pupil  for better examination

"The retina is the only place in the human body where blood vessels and nerves can be directly observed.
It is very important at revealing the status of your optic nerve and retina, and critical to preventing and treating eye conditions that could potentially lead to vision loss."

I visited eye doctor today, she gave me receipt for glasses ehich cost me fortune... And now my glasses hurt my eyes and my head. I guess she gave me wrong receipt or just half assed 😭😭😭

No,  don't worry ,   a headache and vertigo are  very normal at first . Your eyes need time to adapt
