Dispatch comes with the receipts for Daniel's controversial win at The Show

If the eligibility period was 23-26 November (presumably it is 20-26th?) and AOA had their comeback on 26th November at 6pm then they only had 6 hours of digital streams/sales so their low digital score makes sense. Glad the eligibility period of The Show is cleared up because I know it’s been a mystery to people who have tried to figure it out before.

Congrats Daniel on your well deserved win!

Hopefully AOA will have a good chance next week when the bulk of their digitals (and music video views and physical sales) will be eligible.

Just wondering , was this whole controversy caused by his crazy ass old company? The amount of shit this  guy had to deal with right after w1 project ended is no joke, I hope he and his fans find strenght.

No, we haven't seen his old company making any obvious moves since they admitted defeat to him in court in September. The journalists who were working for them have tried it with some negative articles but it wasn't anything that caught on since then.

This was just an unfortunate situation. The Show has had other controversies about some of the winners and their scores before. So the fans of AOA and Astro thought it was the case of The Show giving an unfair win to Daniel. They were helped in trending by the Daniel anti community who were waiting for something like this to latch on and made it more personal by trying to make it look like Daniel bought the award.

Daniel don’t need any wins obviously & I can see who’s the one trying to do dirty to him. Yikes!
