i m being followed everywhere,my internet connection is being monitored,they see everything i see,do they work with the government or what,they hacked my phone...

i need help..pls tell me who they are and what should i do...?

I think even in developed country, you can still report to police if being followed.

i have been dealing with this issue for a long time now,almost 3 years.

Talk to someone that knows you well and that you can trust and explain your situation and ask if they can help you to be on the look out. Take notes of whenever something weird occurs (times, places, who is involved) and keep the notes somewhere secure. Look at ways to improve security and maybe also limit times on internet. The situation sounds scary so the most important is to make sure you talk to someone about it so that you're not dealing with it on your own. If you need evidence as well having someone else who can help you to gather the evidence would be best.
