Best new female artist / male artist : ITZY /TXT Best female / male group : Twice / BTS Best male artist : Baekhyun Best female artist: Chung ha Best dance performance solo / female group / male group : Chung ha / Twice / 17 Best vocal performance solo / group : Chen / Mamamoo Best band performance : Jannabi Best hip hop/urban music : Heize Best collaboration : LeeSoRa Best OST : Gummy Best Asian Style : GOT7 Best of next: Ateez World performer: Monsta X New asian artist : WayV Global fans choice: BTS Worldwide Icon of the year: BTS Inspiration award: Dua Lipa Style in music: J.y. Park Best concert performer: 17 some special prize: Onesus Best music video : BTS Grand awards : Twice / 2x BTS What I wish is EXO to receive best dance performance male group. I've been waiting since 2013, this is their 7th consecutive nomination. However, since they are not attending MAMA, the chances are almost zero. 4 nominees out of 5 for best dance performance male group are attending MAMA, one of them will receive the award. My bet is on 17. None of the "best male solo artist" nominees is attending MAMA, so my bet is on Baekhyun based on MAMA criteria (sales, votes, jury). None of the "best vocal performance solo" nominees is attending MAMA so my bet is on Chen based on mama criteria. None of the "best band performance nominees" is attending MAMA, my bet is on Jannabi or N.Flying. J.Y Park isn't nominated for any award, but since his presence was confirmed, he won't go home empty handed. He will receive a special award. My bet is "style in music". I also have a feeling Mamamoo will receive two awards, but right now I don't know which is the second, beside "best vocal performance group".
