I guess they're on the same level for me. They both sound very NCT-ish - not necessarily bad, but definitely not my taste. I quite like the instrumental bass in Obsession, but don't like the annoying female voice sample and the rapping. Meanwhile Jopping is messy and noisy, but it has a stronger rap line, which I think is quite important for 'hip hop' influenced tracks like these.
