My bf is getting  ALL 4 REMOVED AT THE SAME TIME!!!! So he's gonna be on crazy meds and anesthesia. I'm his ride there and back. I'm having him crash at my place.

I want to show him that I can take care of him when he's not feeling well. What foods should I feed him? He's probably going to be mostly sleeping, but I wanna wake him up occasionally so he can have water and food.

What do you feed someone that had all 4 removed? It's in like 2 days and I wanna go shopping for his food tomorrow morning

What about a milkshake? I was considering on the way back going to a drive thru and getting him one, but wasn't sure since some have crunchy bits in them

Dont do that coz its cold and sweet. :ahmagah: sweet stuff is always bad for the teeth and he cant possible use toothbrush in his condition. :ahmagah: maybe after 5 days he can slowly consume those stuff. The Open wounds maybe closed at that time :ahmagah: just use mouthwash for bacteria protection. :ahmagah:

I have had two removed recently and first three days I just ate baby food (mashed vegetables). do not rinse the mouth violently for first two days. after that you can rinse carefully with salvia (sage) tea or salt water. brush the teeth carefully. take pain killers regularly.

I had all 4 removed on local anesthesia and honestly, it wasn’t that bad.

he’ll have a chipmunk face the first couple hours but should be fine. The only thing I stressed over was dry socket. Make sure he doesn’t yank out the tampons/gauze they put in his mouth the first day. Gently replace it and gently rinse it out with the tools they give to you guys. i heard dry socket is extremely painful but rare if you do things right.

soup, yogurt, ice cream, etc. any tasty mush you can find will be easy on his mouth.

My Girlfriend removed hers and she was just happy to get rid of the pain it caused, it was really bad for her.. The worst case of that was when my niece was small and she could not eat anything because of the pain. It was so bad that the only food she could have was baby food. It was so funny, she did not want it, but it was a really good baby formula. Afterwards she was asking for it again. There is no worse pain than the pain of teeth. Those who have experienced it know that nothing really can help until the pain goes away.

I got mine 4 at once and afterwards i was fine. I needed my hand held to walk out to the car etc but otherwise mentally i was fine

The bitch is the bleeding afterward they didn't give me nearly enough gauze so i had to wash and reuse bc ik gross but idk what else would i do? Put tissue in my mouth? 😭 so buy xtra gauze ig.

Also eating/drinking is tough. Ofc can't do anything that has to be chewed.
