It's not that they "admitted" to it, they filmed themselves doing it and shared the video in the chat. It was very clear that she was passed out, there was a whole disgusting conversation about it after they posted it.

I had in mind a different part of the chat then because I remembered one of them talking about rape in the past. But yeah, if the police have a video evidence then it has to be easy to ask for more years.
