Prosecution Demands 7 Years In Prison For Jung Joon Young and 5 Years For Choi Jonghoon

Prosecution have made their demands.

Prosecution has revealed their demands for Jung Joon Young and Choi Jonghoon‘s prison sentence following the 9th trial for their cases of raping drunk women and illegally filming and distributing sexual videos.

During the 9th trial at the Seoul Central District Court today, November 13, the prosecution made the request for Jung Joon Young to be sentenced to 7 years in prison, and for Choi Jonghoon to be sentenced to 5 years in prison. This is because of their violations of the Act on Sexual Crimes of Violence.

Prosecution has also demanded that both Jung Joon Young and Choi Jonghoon be restricted from obtaining jobs at facilities related to children and youth for 10 years.

We came to these demands after considering the severity of their crimes and the fact that they were unable to come to a settlement with the victims.

It has been revealed that there are up to 7 victims of gang rape done by members of the chatroom, including Jung Joon Young and Choi Jonghoon. One victim spoke up about her harrowing experience in an interview.

That guy who brutally raped and almost murdered 8 yo kid got 12 yrs in prison (and he served his time several times, once even for rape). It says a lot. Those two will most likely get half of the demanded time at best.
