"On November 8, the Seoul Yongsan Police Station confirmed that he has now been booked for violation of the Road Traffic Act and violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

Big Hit Entertainment previously revealed that Jungkook reached a settlement with the taxi driver. Regarding this, a source from the police explained, “He was booked due to confirmation of the taxi driver receiving harm. Settlement is a personal matter and is not related [with the police investigation].”

The police have yet to schedule a date to summon Jungkook for questioning"

it's just a fine... no big deal. i've been fined myself for violating traffic laws. the fine was a bitch tho .

Also, a close friend of mine has similar situations with jk, but they just let the insurance deal with it. paying for the damages and stuff. it seems like it's pretty different from there.

Yeah our country has very shitty  media and their motives are equally disgusting I do hope this sulli law applies to the media as well. The only thing happening is kookie will pay a fine and that's it, the normal mundane process everyone goes through except for someone as rich as him a traffic ticket/offense means nothing,paying it would be like buying a Starbucks coffee  won't even notice the few won missing.
