i became a fan of figure skating thanks to yuzuru hanyu back during the 2014 sochi olympics and now its happened to me again

i am now a men's volleyball fan bc of this dude

Me too. I guess for me it was Major for baseball and if you consider other games as sports anime, Hikaru no Go with Go/Baduk (well I had a complicated relationship with Go because of my father) and Akagi with Mahjong.

For real person, I think Ayrton Senna for F1. Sadly when he passed away, my interested over the F1 waned as well.

I got into a swimming team because of my girlfriend in high school, lol. I wasn't even that interested but she joined the team then made me join as well, she quit afterwards but then I started liking it (and hating it at times) and kept going anyway.
