[update] According to the Dispatch interview, 'C' (OO) a merchandise manager from Seungri's club 'Burning Sun' was in the same house when Jung Dae Eun and Wonho smoked marijuana.

Apparently police questioned "C" he told them about Wonho, police took samples of Wonho's hair in late September then Dispatch heard about this (don't know how) and interviews "C" in jail.
